Arrived in Bilboa and were greeted at the train station by a fantastic stained glass window.
Bilboa promises to be a lovely place to visit and while we considered taking the train to San Sebastián we decided that we could see quite a bit here.
We checked in and our friend Patti showed up from Canada and the rest of our group should all arrive by Friday. We checked out the historic district and wandered around a bit looking for a purse store Patti wanted to see. She bought one, I bought two and Kelly bought a back pack. Cool purses made from recycled materials and very unique.
We took time for tapas and a glass of wine and made our way over to the Guggenheim to view it at night. It is supposed to rain today and so we will visit the museum.
Slept very well last night and now I am off in search of coffee. Buenas Dias!
